I have been calling, leaving emails leaving messages for Mr Albert to call me. We were talking and emailing last year then poof all of a sudden he quit responding. I emailed him that if I had annoyed him in anyway I humbly apologized. I need to get a phone number so I can talk to Mr Albert Blair. Please ask Mr Blair to contact me.

Bought a new GE Dishwasher that Sedgwick Insurance Company for GE products insures.,The new Dishwasher had a tear in rubber tubing that came attached to Dishwasher. This was discovered when first time use the Dishwasher leaked water underneath hardwood floor in kitchen, living room, dinning room and halls. After a month of calling and emailing I cannot get an agent to contact me about claim. I am so frustrated.

Your customer, GXO Logistics created a damage to my property. Your claims agent as for documents that were unrelated to damage. Than offered me a cash compensation which is almost half of the damage repair cost. He misinterprets that he is covering a car and decided to discount quote for wear and tear. I want "Make good" principle to be applied.

My examiner was terrible

Hi yes I am complaining about Sedgwick because I had the worst experience I have ever had with that weight since dealing with them. I had a kidney transplant, 12/1/2023.

Every time I spoke with my examiner, she had the most terrible attitude, and I did not understanding. I would only ask her a question if she would give me an attitude and then tell me thats how it how it is and hangs up the phone. I was already going through recovery from a transplant, and I was having complications after transplant, so I really did not have time to deal with her nonsense. My doctor gave me leave until 5/1/2024 .

Due to the complications, I was having after transplant. My examiner only approved my leave until 5/5/2024. So when I called to ask her, why did she only approve it until then she said because they have to keep on sending out information to my doctor every six weeks to extend my leave. My doctor the nurse was so tired of sending them information because they already told them that I needed to be off until May 1.

We will send them information she will pretend like she never received it or shell ask for something else to keep me waiting to get approval for my leave. It came to the point where I just said forget it Ill just go back to work. Which I dont understand why are you pushing me back to work if my body or I wasnt ready I believe my doctor will know my health better than she would. I need to be off to recover a little bit longer because I was having infections and lots of things happening at the transplant.

I did not wanna be forced to go back to work. I want to be 100% before I went back to work. This company is terrible. I called for a supervisor at least five times and never received a response.

Her name was Kimberly.

I left so many voicemails for the supervisor to return my car, and she never did. I pray to God, I never had to go and leave again, so I will not have to deal with them.

The examiner has you approved out till 5/5. That is 60 days away.

She will revisit your case in April. No one anywhere is going to extend anything 60 days out.

According to you, your doctor has 5/1 as a date. What exactly is your issue with things right now today?

Sedgwick disregarded my whole LOA case

I experienced a very serious mental health crisis a couple of months ago and was told to go through Sedgwick by my manager to ensure my time away was compensated so I could get some help. After, sending every document I had over to Sedgwick, I learned that the employee who had given me the email to submit certain documents gave me the wrong email.

They denied my leave, and at this point, without any income I was unable to pay my bills and most importantly continue seeking psychiatric help. I attempted to appeal the decision by sending my documents to the correct email but Ive yet to be responded to. Every time Ive talked to an employee on the phone, they have been incredibly rude and offered no help to me or my situation and I was blamed for not getting the right email. Its been almost 5 months and my mental health has severely deteriorated, and I am unable to pay my rent and many of my bills have gone to collection.

What once felt like a hardship in my life has completely turned into a nightmare, and Sedgwick has disregarded me and my leave of absence case completely.

I've been without my medication and the help of my psychiatrist for about a month now, and I'm now worse off than I was when this started. Realizing now, that so many people have had their cases mishandled by Sedgwick in their time of need is disheartening at the least but malicious at the most.

I was sent a letter from Amazon stating that I need to get a return to work letter by the 9th of March when I have a work status Report that says that I am suppose to be on modified work until the 19th of March. I went to my primary and was told that I had to go to the occupational Doctor that modified my worh activity to get the return to work letter.(Dr.

Dhir,Harinder Kumar, MD.) Dr. Dhir is not available until the 19th of March when I go back for follow-up.Also the letter I recieved stated that I could be terminated if I don't produce a back to work letter by the 9th of March.

My hand is still painful to use and I am in therapy now. I don't know what to do now,because I cant use my hand yet

I've been trying to call my claims adjustor for weeks and left numerous messages on the main message center with no response. Even the written corrispondence that was sent to me (by the Nurse Case Manager) had my claims adjustore's phone number on it, but when I call it ask for thier extension which is not on any of the paper works.

The service also offers you to press {*} for the directory, but then ask you to put in the mailbox code after pressing the {*} button. I've never had to deal with workers comp before; however, this is the worst company and I hope its the last time I'll ever have to deal with them.

Better hope that went you're on workers comp nothing even remotely makes your Injury worse because they will stop paying you despite having your injury still. So you'll be stuck out of work because of the injury ANNND absolutely no money coming in because this place will use any excuse to NOT pay you

I was on hold for more than 30 minutes to find out my adjuster. When I finally got to her, my doctor's request for an injection in my neck had been sitting in her inbox since January 23rd. It was now February 23rd. She said she would send it to the right department to get authorization. It is now March 16th and I haven't heard from them. I will be calling on Monday.

Preferred solution: Injection in my neck. Most people get them 2-3 times a year. I am lucky if I get them every year to 18 months.

User's recommendation: Call and keep tabs on what they are doing or not doing. If nothing is happening call and get supervisor on the phone. Squeaky wheel gets the oil.

I was in accident in April of 2023. I am still waiting on money 2/24 they owe me due to my car being a total loss. I have sent an outrageous amount of emails and called and left a ridiculous amount of messages trying to get this taken care of.

Matthew McKinley is a piece of *** TRASH !

Since February 19, I have been calling Matthew McKinley to tell him that I did not receive the second check that came out on February 16, I have left voice messages on his answering machine and to this day he has not called me. He also has not approved me yet for an MRI and the thermacare pain patches. If you don't approve me, how will I be able to recover?

Impossible to reach live human being

After 35 minutes on hold, I explained my situation to a person, then there was a click to a dead end recording. The voicemail I got said my claim will be denied if I do not return their call. But they didn't give me their contact info, or a claim number, or spell their name. If anyone knows Julia Rokup, she's trying to tank my claim.
