My husband was locked up last year for 2 months. I didn't cancel the tablet. He was bonded out. So now that he is serving his time they say he is ineligible to receive a tablet. I even offered to pay any incurred charges. Every one makes mistakes and forgets. People give the company a bad name because they wont even try to help.

I just talked with a woman at customer service who was very rude, over talked me, laughed and then didnt want to help at all. She actually told me that she doesnt usually answer calls. Needless to say i wasnt helped and didnt get credit for the visit i never got!! I am very upset and WILL NOT USE THIS *** AGAIN!!!
