I was charged $45.98 on 10/7/2023. I have tried calling them and they will not answer my call.
They tell me to send an email, I have sent several today, 10/10/2023. They are still saying they are a reputable company and have thousands of satisfied customers.
When I researched them I found several dissatisfied customers who have demanded a refund. I just want my Refund of $45.98 ASAP.
Preferred solution: Full refund
