This company refuses to honor cancellations. I turned off the auto renewal feature but it still billed my credit card. I notified them that I will not renew and the reasons why and did not update the security numbers on the back of a new card. And the following year...
Kaspersky Lab - Weaponized auto renewal - You will be renewed - Resistance is futile
by PissedConsumer1585016 #15850161.1
Web site is hostile to a person trying to cancel their auto renewal. Also, when challenged at credit card company, they contested the objection and won. Took my $75.16 - - but I don't (and have not) used the software in two years.

by PissedConsumer1584792 #15847921.0
I somehow have Driver Tonic installed on my computer and I guarantee you I NEVER downloaded it or authorized it. When I try to remove it I get a message saying its been blocked for my protection and that only an administrator can remove it.
I am filing a complaint with the Department of Justice and with the FBI and anybody else I can think of (suggestions?). These pieces of human *** need to be held accountable and STOPPED.

Malwarebytes - Inability to cancel
by SparklingLittlePenguin621 #15497371.0
I have personally contacted this company, by phone, on three occasions, attempting to discontinue service. The product is useless to me. On each occasion, representatives of the company assured me that whatever contract I may have had with them was no longer operative, and I would no longer be billed for the product. Nonetheless, I continue to be invoiced -- this month, for $43.00, with the following notation: 2CO.COM*Malwarebytes 96806432 30350. Is there any possibility, repeat, ANY POSSIBILITY, to discontinue billing from this company for its worthless product?
