URGENT. Zendesk[KYMO53-K88P]

I have called 7 times to speak with Gus. I only have 2 weeks to be out of my current place and On-Site says I own you 38.50 and this is stopping me from moving in. I have filed 2 disputes with on-site and they say they confirmed with The Reserve At Northglenn that I do own the 38.50$. But when I call the Reserve At Northglenn you all tell me I own nothing and have no bill. I need this resolved ASAP. This is still not resolved. I need this to be fix today. New lease contract not within the time frame of the lease agreement

I request my new lease offer on May 17, 2021. It has been over a week 12 days that I have not received it. I will need to make arrangements to vacate, and notify my employer 30 days in advance. People have lives that apparently dont matter to you cause of your familiar to provide your end of the lease agreement. Please sent it to stoneridge farms at the hunts club in Gallatin for 2206 immediately. People also have medical issues that dont concern you but r a factor in your delay reaction. So have some sympathy for goodness sake. Linda Chirby

SECURITY PROPERTIES SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO ONE JEFFERSON APTS

The level of unprofessional behavior and rudeness with the manager of One Jefferson Apartments owned by Security Properties. There are rat problems, ant issues, very low quality apartments with even lower quality of maintenance and service. I have never been treated as rudely as I have trying to live here. It took over 3 months to fix the heating. When the place flooded, it took over 4 days to be contacted by the office. This place is horrific! DO NOT RENT HERE! The service is really bad and the quality of places just as unacceptable. The staff laughs at you and makes fun of your circumstances. How these people still have jobs is a mystery.
