Unlawful or false lease terminated

I was cleaning out my SecureSpace Self Storage unit to get rid of unneeded items and make room for more. It was hot and I was thirsty, so I pulled some stuff out in front of my unit.
I went to the office and told the manager I had items outside and was just running to the corner store for a drink and cigarette I'd be back in five minutes. She said I can't leave stuff out, and if I leave she would consider it abandonment and throw my stuff away.
My little brother then showed up to help. He thought they had thrown out my stuff, so he went into the trash area to pull out some tubs he believed were mine. The manager came out, said he couldn't do that, and claimed the lease prohibits throwing stuff away or pulling stuff out.
They trespassed my brother. Soon after, I got an email terminating my lease for "lease violations" and giving me until July 31 to remove everything.
This started from a simple cleaning session and a quick store run I had cleared with the office.
It feels like bullying and poor management over a minor misunderstanding. I was not abandoning anything just trying to maintain my unit.
I do not recommend SecureSpace Self Storage.dont use themsecure
