Positive Experience Review

Been on secure horizon for15 years paid my deductibles never had a problem. They've been good for me. Ever where I've been. I understand you can't kiss some people's arsenal often enough.

SECURE HORIZON INSURANCE

My husband had a PET Scan done Feb 2011, a pre approval was obtained from Secure Horizon, they are now refusing to pay bill and everytime I call I get a different reason, I have been calling for over 6 months now and always get a different customer service person and different reason. How can I ever solve this problem when each time I am back at square 1 telling a new cus. ser. person my problem, I am beyond frustrated and pissed off. I need this bill paid it is over $7000 but do not know who to turn to to solve this or a real person I can contact each and everytime, Also they can never call me back so they say

Secure Horizon's policies

Sunday I went to renew a prescription I have had for several years and was told the price was now $117 where it had cost previously $15 for three months. The pharmacy told me to call Secure Horizons. I did and after giving at least 3 different people my account number and birthday,etc. finally found someone that told me that the drug had been dropped as of January 1 and I would have to go pay the doctor to get a new prescription that would not be as good as this GENERIC one. I was going to change companies but failed to do it in the allotted time. They have continued to raise fees on doctors, health privileges, etc. so much I am totally discussed with them and would not recommend them to my dog. Why they are associated with AARP bothers me since AARP must be getting some compensation back from them. It is called United Health care now.

Secure Horizons, Medicare Complete, AARP, United Health Medicare Solution, They change their name every couple of years because they think Senior's won't be able to keep up.

AArp false advertising for secure horizons

Why I canceled secure horizons and feel sorry for those stuck with it. When I took secure horizons and contacted them for doctors in my area in florida.They gave 6 names called them 3 said they have not taken secure horizons for 2 years 2 cancelled 1 yeag ago the other doctor referal was for a doctor who was dead over a year. My sister inlaw has contacted them over 20 times to get card as of dec. 31 2010 still no card. aarp has no direct email showed to be member@***.org this is no good. aarp has become a rip off front man for bad companies. recommend cancel aarp

AARP United Health Care Secure Horizons

AARP - United Health Care - Secure Horizons has the horrible customer service.. I have been trying to get a bill paid for 8 months... Each time I call ... I have to start all over... I know they type everything in their systems, but continue to ask the same question over and over and over.. I wish they would listen to the recording of the past conversations so I would not have to repeat myself... EIGHT months..... I have mailed the bill every month for the past 6 months... Still they have no record of the bill in the system... My last call was to / from a "supervisor" He was no help whatsoever either...
