Secure Auto Transport

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCOUNTABLE!!! I am writing this review about Secure Auto Shipping. This company arranged the shipment of my vehicle, first with a land transport, then ocean shipment. At the time of booking I didn't realize this company only served as a broker with two other companies. They charged me a fee of $465 for this service. The problem occurred when they arranged for the truck transfer. Their agent arranged for my car to be COD, cash on delivery, in California knowing I was in Hawaii. The trucking company contacted me asking me how I was going to get cash to their company because they don't except payments from Secure Auto Shipping. When I contacted Secure Auto Shipping for assistance and explanation, the representative said, "sorry our agent had done this before... Do you have any way to get cash to the trucking company" When I asked why this became my problem when it was their mistake, he told me to give him a little time to try to figure it out. Well the next day, with the trucking company still calling me for payment that should have been handled by Secure Auto Shipping, every subsequent attempt to contact them has failed. When setting up the booking, my calls were answered almost every time , since, I have been unable to get through via the phone and have not received a response from them via email, text nor message through their website. Ultimately I had to go obtain a money order and send through express mail to the trucking company and wait an extra week for my car to be released to the shipping company. I have since had to contact the shipping company on my own to arrange payment and get info on the status of my car. My big question is what exactly did I pay $465 to Secure Auto Shipping for?? For them to make a shamble of my car shipment then leave me in the lurch? Feeling like my car was held hostage due to no fault of my own. Totally unprofessional and unaccountable. I would never recommend anyone trusting their valuable car to this company.

I put in an order on 2/11/2015.... Was sent an email confirming pickup on 2/12/15.... Contact my dealership to confirm date of pick up.... BEWARE THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CALL WHEN THEY SAY THEIR GONNA CALLL...... THIS COMPANY IS NOT A COMPANY OF THEIR WORD.... THIS DOES NOT UPDATE U IF THEY FOUND DRIVER OR NOT.... IT GOING ON THRID DAY AND STILL NO CALL OR CONFIRMATION FOR PICK UP.... I JUST CALLED AND ASKED THEM TO TAKE ME OFFF THE BOARD.... Then the hung up in my face but ok! I am a women of honesty, do not use this company they will give you the run-around and not call to show common courtesy! BEWARE

I hired "Secure Auto Transport" to move my car from California to Maine. I was sending my car to my brother who lives in Canada. SAT is a brokerage firm, they asked for a 150$ deposit and told me it was refundable. I had to cancel sending my car to Maine due to unforseen circumstances. Now they will not return either my deposit nor my phone calls. They are at 2201 North Andrews Ave. Pompano Beach, FL. 33069. 1-800-97*-7447 0r 954-633-**** Amount they owe me 150$. I just had an awful, awful, awful experience with this company. They took my credit card number, charged it, and I never heard from them afterwards. They never picked up the car they were supposed to. They wouldn't return my calls or reply my emails. If you are reading this, please avoid these guys at all costs!! Don't make the same mistake I made. I am really not sure why somebody hasn't turned them in to the appropriate authorities. These guys are so fake I should have known from the voice tone of the guy (Troy) whom I spoke to. He sounded exactly like a loser trying to make a quick buck.

I am writing today to inform people to BEWARE of Secure Auto Transport , or Secure-Auto Transport out of Pompano Beach, FL. 33069 Phone # (800)-974-****. http://www.secure-autotransport.com/company.htm . Also Beware of the company Director Vanessa Salas of Secure Auto Transport, or Secure-Auto Transport. Back on Oct 27th of 2007 I inherited a vehicle from my Aunt in AZ. I live in Milwaukee, WI and I needed the vehicle to be shipped from Phoenix to Milwaukee. I went online and began set up quotes with various companies. Secure Auto Transport came in at a reasonable price and they seemed to be very responsive to my inquiries. I then Paid Secure Auto Transport a total of $725. Which was to cover the entire balance of shipping my car. I then waited for them to pick up the car in AZ on the 1st of November of 2007. As soon as I paid them they seemed to disappear from the face of the earth. I called to make sure the car was going to be picked up and they did not answer, nor did they respond to my friendly voicemails, (I did not want to upset anyone before I got my car for fear of the worst). I then began emailing the salesman, Gabe Rodriguez, and continued to leave messages on his voicemail as well as the voicemail of Vanessa Salas who was the business manager and customer service manager who runs Secure Auto Transport . The Car was not picked up on the First of November 2007. The Company Website states the following two things: · Deliveries on Time We do our very best to make sure every vehicle is picked up and delivered on time. If your vehicle is not picked up within seven days of your pickup date we will refund your money. To ensure prompt delivery, we have back up transporters for each route. We also have a team of highly trained professionals that monitor each load to ensure that it stays on schedule. · Secure Auto Transport is committed to meeting our customer's needs by using our network of carriers to transport your automobile in a safe and timely manner. With our experience in the transport industry, we will continue to ensure satisfaction with every client and guarantee prompt service. Our low competitive rates will make transporting your vehicles very affordable. These two things I found to be false. I have now been waiting over a month for my car to be picked up. I have not spoken with anyone from the company for over a month. I have left Dozens of Emails and Voicemails. Then I try a new technique. I called them and typed in a random Extension. The call was answered. His name was Mike and he then transferred me to BJ who looked into my order for me. BJ told me first that Gabe Rodriguez no longer works there. Call me crazy but BJ sounded exactly like Gabe who originally signed me on with the company. He came back and said I would have to talk to Vanessa Salas the manager of Secure Auto Transport. I then Emailed Vanessa and Called her time and time again. Still there was no response. I could not get anyone on the phone to give me a refund. Then early one morning Vanessa Salas called and left a message saying that the car was going to be picked up on Monday Dec. 10th at 10am. It was picked up on Dec 9th instead without warning. I had not signed any kind of agreement to this point except for the original contract, which was for the 1st of November. So on Friday the 14th of DEC. a man calls me and tells me that he will be dropping off the car on Monday afternoon. Then he asked if I had my $900 COD check ready. As you can imagine I had no Idea about this. Then the driver said that SECURE AUTO TRANSPORT had posted online a request for the shipment and that I was going to be paying him the total amount of $900 COD. I had already paid Secure-Auto Transport over a month and a half earlier. The trucking company also said they were not able to get a hold of Secure-Auto Transport either. They simply got the message off a message board and picked up the car. They were not employees of Secure Auto Transport they simply found the order on a transportation message board. So know I have a huge problem here because the actual company who shipped my car are holding it Ransom because they have not been paid. So once again I began calling Vanessa Salas of Secure Auto Transport. Over and Over again and still no response. She also did not respond to any of my Emails. So I decided to look up Vanessa Salas on the Circuit Court Access. Vanessa Salas is not allowed to be any parts of a business whether it be ownership or management or any kind of dealing that are right on the same road as Auto Transportation. She seemed to have gotten in a little bit of trouble selling fake Weight Loss Pills back in 2004 and she has been band from all types of business matters till 2007. People do not deserve to be able to do business like this and it is time people take a stand. Fraudulent Companies run up until they are caught. Well it is time to turn them in.
