Relentless sales and bad products
I was walking in the King of Prussia Mall and got turned around and guess who found me these relentless people. I tried to leave several times but to no avail they always got me to talk more. The only way to leave was to purchase product which I thought no problem I will return them the next day. Well they don't tell you the sales are not returnable only for store credit that is written at the bottom of the slip in small print. I have tried the products and they are just water thickened. Not sure what they use as samples because I did see some changes. DO NOT STOP keep walking in fact call for help if they get you. The mall should be embarrassed to have them as a kiosk. Buyer be ware!!!!

Thieves!
Thieves. One of whom is named Suzi. Others are named Crystal -- customer service rep at the Phoenix, Arizona US Distribution Center / Headquarters office. Another is a salesman who was at the same kiosk at the mall last week. Last are Izhat BenShabat, CEO, Moty BenShabat, Managing Partner and Betty Perez, Co-Founder & VP of Sales and Training. Long and short tale: the company ripped me off: put charges on my credit card for items I did not purchase. Kiosk manager/sales rep refuses to make a refund, blamed me for the discrepany on the invoice and was screaming insults and calling me names. Calls to the US headquarters were useless: "We don't employ those people; they are all independent contractors with their own business operations as a franchaise. So we don't owe you anything and there is nothing we can do to resolve your concern." The excuse is bogus: this is an operation which does business with reps in franchise deals and there is no legitimate company which permits a local owner to rip off customers and by so doing, violate the terms of the franchise contract and ruin the brand of the parent company. The parent does not make money when the local reps give it a bad name. So the excuse Crystal gave me -- "We can't help you" is completely bogus. And, no, the scammed customer cannot talk to anyone other than the customer service rep -- Crystal -- who answers the phone and refuses to provide her last name or the name of her superior or supervisor or forward a call to anyone in management. Email notes to the company at its website and directly have never been answered. I am reporting the matter to the DA of Montgomery County, PA, the office of the AG of PA, for fraudulent business practices and tomorrow I will file a civil suit. I have reported the matter to the manager of the K of P Mall. She was not happy to hear about what the saleman said to me last week and is taking the matter to the manager of the mall leasing office. And if the thieves lose their tenancy there because of the behavior of the sales rep and what those people do to customers, it will be nothing less than they deserve. No one with any sense should do business with these thieves or buy anything from them. And don't let one of the reps accost you or assault you by grabbing your hand or arm or elbow or clothing when you are walking in a mall where these people operate. Or touch you or put anything on your skin or your nails. Because you will be very, very sorry if you do: one cannot even get a list of the product ingredients from them. In addition, they will not disclose the prices of the products they are selling before they charge the customer's credit card. And when I finally found an ingredient list of the product I was "given" -- because it took my skin off -- there are toxic chemicals and ingredients in it. Complete lie when the rep says these products are made from "natural" materials. BEWARE! Do not be fooled. Read the complaints which are all over the Internet and the tales are all very similar. These people are foreigners who are in the US doing nothing but stealing dollars from American consumers. And do not be surprised that the kiosk, which was there yesterday, is gone today: these people get kicked out of malls on account of customer complaints all the time. Once they leave, they are impossible to find and every one of them will tell the customer that they are leaving for Israel tomorrow so today is the only day the customer can get such a good deal and discounts. It's all BS. And, as above, when the customer attempts to get satisfaction from the parent company, the US district office and headquarters in Phoenix will give a scammed customer the middle finger salute over the phone. Big time scammers. The whole lot of them. Stay away from these thieves!

I was walking down an aisle at a yorktown shopping center, when I see these people dressed in all black selling products from secret spa. One of them was a short blond female who seemed to have a bad attitude, another was this dude from Israel who had one as well. The way they approached people was innapropiate, seeing that they were aggressive and invaded people's space but going up to them and shouting things when they weren't interested in buying something from their stand. You attract more bees with honey then vinegar but it seemed like they were using a little too much of that salad dressing, lol.

I agree with the other reviews they are relentless. I ended up with $450 of product that I am sure will not work.
Once they have you in their sight you are doomed DO NOT STOP. The products are not refundable only exchangeable. I did see some change in my.
Skin but I am sure it won't work as they promise. Buyer be ware!!!!!
I used to work for Seacret among other skincare companies.
The product itself is very good!! I saw so many people that were really happy with the results (after - all it is a genius cosmetic company that focuses on peptide technology).
I won't deny however (and like mentioned in another review) that the kiosks selling them are independant companies and NOT A FRANCHISE.
The salespeople are often on upto 50% commission and that's excluding the markup they are already making.
So overpriced?
Sometimes depends when.
This is how u know, there is a minimum price they can charge you...if they give you a gift it means they are charging the price of whatever they are giving you as a gift above what you are buying (plus extra if they can) Don't accept a gift! Your paying for it.
The minimum price is usually a quarter of what they ask. And for Seacret creams the most expensive one should not be over $100.
