Second chance rent of Dallas with CEO Theresa Wahl is a company that subleases apartments from apartment complexes where previous tenants were evicted, or broke their lease. So i subleased from her company the worse thing i could do. I was waiting for over an hour in the waoting room. She forgot i was oit there. I ended up taking an apartment. (Was in a bind ,had to move quick i started a job in 5 days and it was close to my job) it took her 3 days to clean the apartment and rugs when she promised next day. They left the chair in the apartment. I coildnt move ot and she refused to remove the non working washer and dryer from the apartment. She didnt pay my rent to the apartment on time even though i paid her on time . And the apartment charges late fees she told them that i would pay them i have emails to where i told her i was not . They only give 2 days notice of a dudate change . I had an invoice woth a dude daye of 8/16they tell us by email on 8/13 due date is now 8/15.they did the same thing in February She doesnt respond they cant read their own invoices . They are pretty horrible / ran by a husband and wife team , they diddnt give proper notice and the wife seems to take personal dislikes to where she will take it out on the client .. Please do not do business with them they are the worse
