My brother and I planned a dove hunt through an outfitter called Seco Creek dove hunts. They operate out of Devine Texas.
My brother had been in communication with them for about two weeks. We mailed in all the paperwork in a timely fashion and booked our hotel room. They replied back and said they would send us a pin so we could locate the field we were supposed to hunt. We never heard from them.
Thinking they would eventually text or call we made the six hour drive from Commerce Texas down to Devine. The morning of the day we were supposed to hunt still no reply from Seco Creek. We gave up. Luckily we found H and H outfitters.
They were great and put us on the birds. I would like to tell anyone who wants to dove hunts south Texas stay away from Seco Creek and go with the professionals at H and H outfitters.
There was no money ever exchanged between Seco Creek and me. It was just a broken promise.
