I previously ordered three 'couture' dress shirts (French cuff style) back in December of 2024. Two of the shirts were size 16 neck, 34-35 sleeve length.

One of the shirts was 15 1/2' neck, 32-33 sleeve length. I normally wear a 15 1/2 x 32-33 length. Since the shirts were slim fit, I ordered two of them the next size up. Upon receiving the order, after trying on the size 16's, they were acceptable, slightly larger than my size.

However, the 15 1/2 x 32/33 was significantly too short even for a French cuff sleeve; more than half an inch too short. I immediately reached out to the vendor by email because you can't reach anyone via telephone. I was told I ordered two shirts size 16 x 34-35 and there would be an upcharge to return the item. I responded that the sleeve was shorter than advertised and asked what options were available and the cost.

I got no follow-up response. Today I received a sales text asking if they could help me with anything. I explained that I never heard back regarding my previous purchase. I got a follow-up text saying they reached out to customer service and were told the cuff length is advertised as 32.

Meaning the cuff, when worn correctly with cufflinks attached, is 32' and with the cufflink not attached, it's 33. I have taken the shirt to a local tailor and confirmed a 32/33 sleeve shirt is 32 1/2' long. The measurement for this shirt is an even 32' without cufflinks, which indicates that it is not 33 but 32'. You can never speak with anyone via phone, and no one ever called me back from December with any options whatsoever!

They do not stand by their products! At the time, I should have received a credit due to the discrepancy in length. In addition, a good faith gesture could have offered a compromised 10 to 15% restocking fee and/or correct size at a discounted price. Worst case scenario, they could have offered some material to have a tailor add to the cuff of the sleeve!

I'm stuck with nothing! I would not recommend this company to anyone!
