Coffee pod breakage
- - Pods are thin and leak into the spout; hard to clean and can burn out the motor.

Firstly, I have to tell you how much I truly enjoy your coffee. Now, I would like to discuss the issue at hand.
The pods are too thin, and they either break or leak into the drainage for the spout of my coffee maker. This is my third coffee maker, and now I have identified the problem. I cleaned my coffee pot, then put one of the Seattle's Best pods in it, and it leaked into the spouting and drip spout that dispenses into the cup. These elements are very hard to clean and sometimes cause the motor to burn out.
Therefore, I would like to request you to please make your pods durable enough to withstand the heat and pressure of the brewing process. Thank you.

I have a Kruger 2.0 I bought 2qty 10 packs of k cups. So far I have tried 6 k cups 3 from one pack and 3 from the other, all have burst the top foil and made a mess inside the machine.
Went back to using green mountain and doughnut house with no problems. Have used your k cups before with no problems, dont know whats changed but this is a shame!

My boyfriend and I just bought a package of your breakfast blend last week, and every single cup has resulted in a mini explosion of our coffee maker due to an abundance of grounds erupting from the pod. Every other brand of K-cup is working fine.
Even after 3 cleaning cycles, the Seattles Best cups would not run successfully. Something is wrong with the entire package.
