Vender urgently need information for upcoming fair Seattle
I didn't get any help paying my fee for my stand or info on where the stand is located when I sent an email and called the customer service number. Now I'm worried they'll make me pay the fee despite giving me none of the info I need to sell my art at this fair.
I can't show up if I'm not prepared, and I can't be prepared when I'm getting no help from the organization. I feel I've been scammed.
Preferred solution: I want my vendor fee waived because I was given none of the information and help I needed.
User's recommendation: Don't be a vendor at this fair. They will not help you they just want your money.
