This company is incredibly shady. After placing an order, I went back online a few days later to double-check everything and noticed that the price for the exact same order had dropped by $1,900.
I tried calling the company the next day to address the discrepancy, but they refused to return my calls. When I finally reached someone, they gave me a bunch of excuses. It made no sense because, shortly after, their own salesperson mistakenly thought I was a new customer and contacted me with a brand-new quoteconfirming the lower price I had seen online.
They also claimed that the fabric on the new quote was of a lower grade, but at no point online or during our conversations was I ever given an option to choose different fabric grades. Things took a worse turn when the manager / owner, who had been secretly listening to the call with the salesperson without my permission, suddenly jumped into the conversation, started cussing at me, and told me he didnt want my business.
He also demanded that I stop talking while he was speaking.
To make matters worse, when I contacted the financing company they referred me to, even they were shocked by the unprofessional behavior. They told me it was unethical for the manager /owner to listen in on the call without informing me, and advised me against doing business with such a company.
Its clear this company is shady. They gave me one price, then changed it online, and when I questioned it, they treated me horribly. They blew up my phone every day when trying to get my business, but as soon as I placed the order and noticed something was off, they went silent.
Save yourself the troubletake your money elsewhere. When youre spending $30,000, you deserve to feel valued, not disrespected.

Awful quality and even worse customer service
Worst company I have ever dealt with. I do not ever leave reviews.
This review is warranted. This company put us through *** We ordered restaurant furniture months in advance prior to a new opening. Only half of the order was received. We received table bases and no tops or chairs.
The company and their manager Eric then lied to us repeatedly about when we would receive the remainder of our order and threatened to cancel our order when we would inquire about the shipping status. When we finally received our table tops they were the wrong color and several were damaged. Still no chairs. We were forced to rent chairs for our opening.
Huge out of pocket expense! We finally received chairs, again the wrong color. No reimbursement or responses to any calls or emails. Absolute worst company and customer service.
I have a brand new restaurant with the wrong furniture in it, half of which is damaged.
My table tops are splitting in half, chairs are scratched. Its awful!

Awful customer service, turn around time and quality. HORRIBLE
Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Received 1/2 of our order, then was repeatedly lied to regarding when we would receive the rest of our order.
We were told the maximum turnound was 8 weeks...we finally received everything after 26 weeks. This resulted in delaying our opening. All of the furniture delivered was the wrong stain color as well. Eric with customer service was less then helpful and threatened to cancel our order for calling to check on the status.
He was also the most rude person I have ever dealth with. WORST COMPANY EVER. Do not order anything from this company.
Most of the furniture was damaged and scratched as well. We have a brand new, beautiful restaurant with terrible furniture.

No way - dont do it, bad business, bad quality, sketchy all the way...
Honestly, the quality of the booth I received was crap. Additionally, they made and sent the wrong booth and were so sketchy about their return policy Im convinced this Is nothing new for them.
I am convinced that they make you sign a purchase agreement and then send you a very poorly made product that they know your going to be unhappy with and then they hide behind the signature they got from you that says they are in the right.
I cant wait to see this thru on a chargeback from my visa credit card because I feel they are running a scam of slap plywood together and staple vinyl to it and take the cash and run.
NOTICE HOW POORLY FINISHED AS THE UNEVENNESS OF THE SEAT AND BACK OF THE BENCH. I pray chase bank will give me my money back for the crap (wrong too - My booth was ordered with metal legs and a solid colored back of the bench) they sent me.

I would like to personally recommend Seating Masters to those in need of high quality commercial grade furniture. I have been conducting business with them for over three years and have very little to complain about.
They certainly live up to their reputation in delivering furniture that is durable as well as attractive. I recently ordered from their bistro metal bar stools and am very impressed. The sales professionals were very patient and helpful which means a lot to me, especially when I first started my career in the food business.
They even checked up on me to make sure my items were delivered on time. I hope to do business with them again soon.
