2.5 yrs and the Color on the Top Level Leather is wearing off!!!!!
- - Bought July 2020 from 4Seating.com; cognac color.
- - Color rubs off; warranty only one year.
- - No seller help; cannot repair dye.
Bought in July 2020 from 4Seating.com. . Cognac is the color. Color is rubbed off in multiple areas. Warranty only good for one year. Seller no help. Extended Warranty I bought no help.
Just two old people that sit pretty much motionless on this sofa. No Kids, No pets. So little wear.
Called Seatcraft directly seeking a can, tube or something of the original dye used to create the color, so I can attempt to repair.

My last Leather Sofa NEVER lost its color and we had pets during its decade plus years of service. Crap Crap Crap!!

- - It arrived in pieces: a recliner and a chair with one arm rest; no brackets to join.
- - Staff described them as two chairs, not a single loveseat.
I bought a 1 quantity love seat and it came in 2 pieces , 1 regular recliner and 1 with only one arm rest in one side, no brackets to screw them together! I called customer service and of course he tried to talk him out of it by saying its a 1 quantity of two rows of seating! To his opinion that says they are 2 individual chairs with the one only having one arm rest!

I was able to put it together myself. It is a beautiful piece of furniture.
