Not too impressed on this occasion and will probably not use them again. Even though we paid extra for Select Fare ( plus a higher grade at the suggestion of Seascanner)we were unable to choose our cabin, nor the table size. This cruise

isn't until next year, so they have ample notification, but didn't seem bothered.

I need to speak to someone about my booking

It's important to point out that my issue is with Seascanner UK (.***), and NOT .com, based in Germany.I've emailed many times, as has the German organisation, to no avail.Are they scammers? Does anybody know?Kind regards,Chineme

I cannot find a customer support phone number in the UK where I'm based, from where I booked and paid. What's the reason for this? I may have clicked on the wrong option, but there doesn't seem to be any human with whom I can speak here.

I think that Not being able to contact people by telephone in important circumstance is ridiculous especially for us elder generation.
