AI Highlights
  • - Paid $5,000 for Sears Access Travel; credits renew yearly.
  • - 12,000 credits with a $25 fee; credits now not restored.

My wife and I join Sears Access Travel and paid $5,000.00 for the benefits and was told that our travel credits are renewed every year or 12,000 credits just as long as we paid the $25 annual fee. Paid off the $5,000 and paid monthly fee and every year had to call them to get my credits added back in.

Now they are not giving them back each year and want me to pay more to get their new benefits. Now they are saying it is my fault I am not getting my benefits.

STAY AWAY FROM SEARS ACCESS TRAVEL. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello - My husband and i went to a "presentation" prior to our wedding.. it was sold to us at the bridal - convention center..

in Phoenix, AZ ... we didnt buy anything but were promised $100 in "sears" money and a resort stay just for going to presentation.. totally my fault, we never used it.. now im looking over paperwork and called sears vacation..

Malia said we never activated it and it has expired.. basicly .. they dont care.. because we never bought anything..

she said it expired within 90 days..

no where on paperwork does it say it would expire.. Complete waist of my time.

Vacation

AI Highlights
  • - Rude agents pressured me to set vacation dates during the pandemic.
  • - Insensitive handling after personal losses and calls were hung up.

I have received several calls from very rude agents attempting to force me to set vacation dates during this pandemic. After explaining that this has been a hard time for me, having lost my mom/brother as well as other family members.

The agents have been very insensitive, continuing to pressure me to book a vacation date by December 17, 2020.

They have even hung up on me. I do not understand how can your company be so unprofessional during these difficult times.
