My generator is brand new never used it until last week, wouldn't start

User's recommendation: Buy your appliances somewhere else.

I CALLED SEARS GARAGE SOLUTION ON 01/14/20. I RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM CARMEN AT 7-77*-840-**** TO SCHEDULE MY SERVICE. THE SERVICE WAS FOR 01/15/20. THE SERVICES MAN ARRIVED THAT MORING AND IMMEDIATLY STARTED TO DO A MAINTANCE CHECK I ASKED WHY HE SAID IT WOULD BE FREE WITH MY OTHER SER. HE TOLD ME HE COULD REPAIR MY BOTTOM PANEL AND THAT IT WOULD BE 3 WEEKS BEFOR IT CAME. I SAID OK. I PAID HIM 317.00 DOLLARS WHICH HE DEPOSITED INTO SUNTRUST BANK ON THE 15TH. I HAVENT HEARD FROM HIM OR ANYONE SINCE. HIS NAME WS LEW AND HE WAS DRIVING A SEARS TRUCK. THIS HAS BEEN THE HARDEST THING TO DEAL WITH I CANT REACH ANYONE AND WHEN I DO THEY TELL ME I AM SPEAKING WITH THE WRONG PEOPLE... DONT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!

Technician installed new unit on old unit set up using old previous bracket and very little support of motor. This has resulted in garage ceiling to fall from supporting the motor. The light socket was even covered up by the beam..

If you are in a market sears had a franchise, but is closed and they will not service your garage door and/ or opener. Contact the attorney general. They are, by law to stand behind warranties whether or not they have someone to service
