Class action suit

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - I am a Sears franchisee since 2010, with 6.5 years of training.
  • - In a lawsuit with Sears; pursuing class action.

In 2010 I bought a sears franchise, after 6 1/2 yrs and training all over the country for them I decided I had enough. I am now embroiled in a lawsuit with them.

I would love to get a class action suit started against them. They scare the franchisees into conforming. They are a sad excuse for a franchise at best. No support, horrible software, no training, horrible marketing, bad accounting of the money collected.

No standards, morals, or ethics. Let’s start a class action suit against them.
