Last week my girlfriend had an oil leak on her Volkswagen CC. She took the car down to sears to have her tires replaced and fix the oil leak. We got the car back about a week later (which is very long for a fix like this) The car drove okay until about 5 days later, when coolant started leaking. Soon after, coolant alerts started popping up so we took it to firestone, where we were told that they couldn't fix it because it is "too messed up".... Read more

I called to inquire on the warranty on my vehicle's battery. The sales person was less than enthusiastic suggesting that generally it is 3 years. Well great answer but how about you access the system and look at my specific account! Placed on hold 3 times because she had no access to a computer. Great assistance store 6709 Plano.

I was severely overcharged for a part to get my truck fixed.. Dpfe sensor $50.00 -autozone, advance auto., o-Reilly auto parts... Sears price $ 150.00...."like really"!! They must think im a fool or something...i asked them why so much...and i couldnt get a straight answer...

Sear auto in boardman ohio is a *** and cheap, sleezy place. Took my car in to get new tires on,and a new alignment of course specifically told them i wanted the tires back, when i came to puck it up they said that my old ones were already taken care of and refused to give them to me. On website states walk ins welcome.. walked in so the rep would tell me i have to check .. then coming back to say it will take 2:30 hours.. so i got an appointment for next day for me to come in next day getting the answer that my car model needs to have the oil filter ordered whick is going to take an extra hour.. keeping in mind that i have provided make and model the day before while booking appointment. I just needed 2 tires on the front of my car. I walked around the mall as they worked on my vehicle. I got a call saying they wanted to show me something on my car. When I walk back to where my car was, 2 Sears employees were under the hood. AGAIN, I JUST NEEDED AND ASKED FOR TWO TIRES!!! They showed me the serpentine belt and how frayed it was. Ordered tires three weeks ago. Was never told they were back ordered until I called to check on them. They offered to order other cheaper tires and I said fine. They told me they would be here a week later. A week came and went and no call or mention that they arrived. This place is the absolute worst. I schedule an appointment for 4 o'clock on a weekday, drive all the way down there for them to tell me that the appointment has been cancelled and that I should come back the following morning. The following morning, I arrived and they tell me that unless I have an appointment, a simple oil change is going to take 4 hours. Bought a new Sears Diehard battery in 11/2014, in October I was back at Sears with car that would not start on it's own battery. Brought back to Sears, replaced battery, no charge and alternator(charged for that). This was 10/2015, it is now 12/2016 and again car needs to be jumped, got car started. Poor service and negligence in sears automotive services. I brought my auto to the Sears Auto Service on 12/18/2016. The auto center was scheduled to open at 10am but didn't open until about 10:25 because the employees were late opening up. I was checked in and given an estimate at 10:31am for a front wheel alignment and four tire balance. I was the fourth car in line for service when I arrived.
