Abused and elderly neglect

My mother who suffers from dementia suffered a broken hip 3 days after i complaint to owners abour a caretaker mishandling her.She is very sick in the hospiral recovering from surgery.This facility dies not care well for seniors and dont give water to them in a daily basic.
