If I could give -10 I would. He charges you a down payment and never shows up to do any of the work! After every excuse in the book and multiple no shows I asked for a refund. No reply since
- - To convert a 1/2 bath to a shower, a down payment was required.
- - Promised to start in 2 weeks, then no-showed and remains unresponsive after a refund was demanded.
He was supposed to convert a 1/2 bath by installing a shower. I had to have a down payment to start the job.
He said he would start in 2 weeks. I set the day to start the project. He confirmed he was coming. No show.
I contacted him; he rescheduled. Once again, no show. Etc.! I contacted him, and he had every excuse in the world, from an invalid driver's license, hospitalization a couple of times, a flat tire, car accidents, to family emergencies.
After 4 months of no shows, I demanded a refund. He now isn't responding!
I want a refund immediately. I am done with excuses!

Sean John y-front men's briefs were my go-to underwear until they were discontinued. Now that Sean Combs has the company back, I very much hope they'll return men's briefs to the line. They had a fit I haven't been able to match with any other brand.

I was hung up on
- - Told lines were down and offered a $100 gift card; asked to pay $495 for UPS delivery; origin (Sean John) unclear; hung up.
I was told the custer care lines where down and due to the inconvenience they would give the $100 gift card all I have to do was pay 495 wanted arrive to my house from UPS I advised him know I didn't want it and who was that coming from Sean John company or where it was coming from the gift card you did not answer my question I asked him to give me the customer service to direct telephone number and I was hung up on
