Purchased 2 Yamaha jet ski covers from BoatCover.com. First they were on backorder so I finally got them 17 days later after I had left the lake to winterize my jet skis. When I took a whole day to drive down and back to check them, they didn't fit at all. Very, very cheap cover...ordered 2 for a '97 xp seadoo, and a '02 gtx seadoo. Color is already faded after only 2 months. Went to return them, would not accept a return. They said the same cover fits both, although the xp is about 2ft shorter... (cover fits like a pair of hip hop pants in the hood!!!) Run from this company, garbage products and service, also misleading.Spend the money and buy OEM Seadoo covers!!!Read more
One for a Seadoo and one for a Yamaha. Both covers were the same size while the seadoo is a 9' craft and the Yamaha is an 8' craft. They were too small for the Seadoo and too big for the Yamaha. The front was incredibly baggy. After requesting a return label I received multiple email trying to get me to just accept the covers. If you want a *** fitting cover this is your place it's not a custom cover only semi custom so they don't fit very well . I wish I didnt buy from this place I'm still waiting for my return lake lable to be emailed to me but I think I lost 116.00$ on this purchase minis the 20 percent restocking fee they change poor customer service.

I called to tell them my cover was not a good fit or the correct color. Zach didn't care at all and said I was the first to complain about it and there is a 20 percent restocking fee of I return it. I will never buy from them again nor should you not a very good cover just average cover.
Do not purchase from this company, I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchases.I had the same issues with my waverunner covers as everyone else had , poor fitting , ripping apart at the seams and letting water seep through the covers. Customer service is a joke . I had the covers in use since May 2016 and now they both look like they are 5 years old. Customer service wanted another $36.00 per cover for shipping another bad quality...Read more
I was attracted by the advertising and long warranty (10 years) but you can only return/exchange them during a 30 day period. I tried to work with customer service via email and they did not return my email. When I called, they said that the pictures that I sent were examples of great fits. But several areas of the jet ski covers (I am covering Yamaha Waverunner 3-seaters from 2009) sag and collect water. They then leak into the foot...Read more
I ordered 2 covers in late February for my 2002 GTX DI Sea doo's. They came in the first of March and my Jet ski's were at the shop being worked on and I did not want to send new covers to the shop. I received my Jet Skis from the shop on April 15 and could not wait to install the new covers. First the 2 covers are not the same. They are 2 different covers. Second the covers do not fit. I have purchased three covers from this company in the past year. Two jet ski covers and a cover for my 20' Crestliner. For the price they are the best covers I have ever purchased bar none. The cover I ordered was too small. They had me ship it back. They said they could ship me a larger cover but it was on backorder and they wouldn't have the replacement cover in stock for about 20 days. it's now been over two months and I've attempted to e-mail them and call them.
