Below Exceptions Customer Service

Customer Service (owner) by one employee is below expectations. She smiles while with a loud sarcastic voice tone lets the customer know if don't they don't like the service then don' come back!.She constantly recites this phrase. It is amazing that this business is doing so financially well that the business doesn't need good paying customers. Her service is rude with little concern for the customer. I don't understand if her problem is she prejudice ( not only race since I am black) but included could be the way I look or even talk. Her actions once she saw me include the following: 1. No eye contact or even hi...she did repeat what I had ordered when I came into the store she was not the checker( the young man was moved to the juice bar by her and just stared without customers} she'd moved to the juice bar quickly with my credit card in her hand...when I'd called her on it she loudly commented as I'd went to get the sandwich ordered she quickly moved to the counter to give me my sandwich The only person she'd checked out was me? Very obvious body language that she'd had a issue Her actions made me very uncomfortable. This is when she'd told me ; " I DON'T HAVE TO SHOP HERE" . She did this loudly in front of other customers with the biggest smile but the coldest manipulating eyes. The eyes told the truth- that there was no need in her opinion for me to shop here again. 2. She wanted to have the last word ..even though I'd told her I was the customer and she needs to" zip it" 3. Customer Service 101 rules of customer feeling good for spending their hard money was broken, She was the boss. If she was a employee she would have either be written up or fired! Yes, she won! She'd just lost a good customer that has been buying the tuna sandwiches ( that comes out of a box) for ten years. This employee has personal issues that need to be addressed before more customers are lost Oh by the way, since she was being an smart sarcastic controlling person at the moment she'd insisted I take.a photo! She was so arrogant( I,'d had my phone out had nothing to do with her) but since she gave the permission I took the picture . Be Aware !!! of this clerk and her customer service! Look at the smile..pure evil! Again, not acceptable customer service! Boo!
