Seabreeze cleans but leaves damaged door

Seabreeze is a duct cleaning service based out of Longmont, CO. We contacted them because of a mailer received and asked for the cleaning deal they offered. Seabreeze technicians arrived two weeks later on schedule and sold to us a more comprehensive cleaning in the area of $300. In the process of pulling hoses in to the basement of our house, they damaged a door when the door stop punctured the top of the (core-type) door because of the force of being opening by the hose. I called the company on the Monday after the Friday they had visited and told the operator about the damage. She told me she would pass it on to management. Several phone calls later and a threat to them to report them to the BBB, I received a call from the company owner who agreed to have someone come out to take a look. I had to call them to remind them of this and they schedule someone to come 2 more weeks later. I was told by the worker that inspected the damage they would report back to the office and most likely get a carpenter in to repair the damage. I have now called twice more back to Seabreeze without hearing anything. It has been three months since the inital cleaning and damage and I am still not getting any results.
