This is my 3rd time staying here.
The person checking me in is Mia this time, and I sort of remember that it may be her checking me in as well last year during my 2nd visit.
She has been very helpful and nice when I sought assistance and asked for information from her.
I was truly impressed by her attitude and hospitality. The service delivered by your staff is one of the reasons I choose to stay here again.
Would highly recommend this hotel to my friends when they come visit London from Hong Kong, and of course I myself would choose to stay here again when I visit again.
