- - Several items were ruined after dry cleaning, including dress and comforter; the dress was stretched widthwise and became huge, with no compensation.
I had taken a fairly new dress of my daughters. She doesn’t like short dresses, this dress was the perfect length , which is hard to find.
It was not a cheap dress. I took her new comforter and other items that needed to be dry cleaned. They ruined about 5 items!!!! They shrunk her new comforter!
They shrunk her dress!!!! They shrunk several of her tops and sweater! They told me to bring her dress back that they could fix it by stretching it? So I did, they not only didn’t fix it but stretched it width wise, it is now huge!!!!
The dress is entirely ruined!!!!!
And the owner didn’t want to deal with it so he had the man that originally helped me speak with me. No compensation what so ever, just argued with me!!!!!!
