I don't know who the previous person is talking about. The people at Scuba Toys have only ever been nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I was frequenting a scuba store somewhere else in the DFW area but their inventory was desperately thin and the staff weren't very helpful. At Scuba Toys, since the first time I walked in their door and every time since, I'm always asked if they can help me, but only after I've been wandering around for a minute or so. I like that. I hate salespeople who hit you right as you walk in the door.
If I know what I need and need help finding it, I walk up to the counter, tell them what I need, and they take me right to it.
I've even come in with a check list of specific things to buy and they've steered me to less expensive, better quality product that were spot on with my needs. I've spent literally THOUSANDS of dollars with these guys and as far as I'm concerned, they can have all of my scuba dollars.
Treated Rude on the phone

I have never ever, ever been treated so rudely on the phone in my life and I am a sales person on the phone all day!!!! Hung up on the guy pretending to be the Larry as advertised on their site.
He started literally yelling at me so hard he was spitting in the phone when I asked if he could give me the name of where the real Larry is working now. Wow he needs a chill pill. Just from that one conversation of disrespect I would never ever in a lifetime go there.
There is never ever a reason to treat someone so rudely. I have never entered a complaint on the internet before, but because I have never been treated so rudely I had to.

They would not even respond to several emails. Must have been banking at local institution of finance. Like everthing else 2nd rate goods, at 3 times normal value, and break it off while smoking giggle ***, jerking a johnson bar, looking for somebodies wife or their neighbor wife. I bought the thing and expected nothing.
Cutting the price and refusing to discuss the issue is not illegal but unethical behavior. Therefore, scubatoys turn off the TV, read a book what about the other mans life, his children, in the end "your GOD" will fail you.

The Owner of Scuba Toys is a complete ***. I have never experienced such a rude individual. I would not do business with them as there are so many nice dive shops in Dallas.

when they tried to find out what you wanted, you only insisted that you talk to me, and me alone - because you were cold call telemarketing to try to sell me stuff. They tried to be polite - but when faced with telemarketing sales language...
the only thing they could really do was say I was not interested and discontinue the call. Hopefully your other sales calls go better for you.
