Not every one is an experienced pasta machine user.
I just purchased the CucinaPro. First Pasta machine I have ever owned.
It looks like a very sturdy device out of the box. Now I would very much like to know how to use it. Plus I would like to know which attachment is for - noodles or etc.?
Why isn't there info such as this included?
The recipes are greatly appreciated; but, what good are they without instructions to use.
This is such a disappointment.
Or at least have a printable user and parts manual to download.
Not just a receipe book. If possible where is this info located.
.Com only has recipe book.
Your assist would be greatly appreciated.

Received my order today..it had doubled from what I ordered. I didn't order 4 extra figurines .
In fact I was sure I only ordered 1, but since I got 4 (8) I'll let that slide. When going to your email giving order#..etc..When it said view order it would not come up or I would have taken care of the mistake before it got here. I don't need or want 4 more. Please let me know what address to return the unwanted figurines.
I have the pack they came in & will be careful when they are returned.

I ordered an apple peeler and its to small. I thought I was ordering a pampered chefs Apple peeler that would come with a board to attach the peeler.
I would like to return it and get my money back. Apply to my card that was used.
I have try to contact customer service but cannot get them. Im not a pissed consumer!!!

Mistake on order
Still haven't heard back on the missing parts I notified you about. One box had 2 brushes and no round piece for the blower setting.
The second box had No accessories.
No brush or round bliwrr part I will notify my bank about this for a refund. That is for both units.
