I ordered scrubs Nov 19. The site says 10-14 days to ship. I have made multiple attempts to call customer service, yet all I get is a sorry voice mail. I have submitted 5 emails that are supposed to be responded to within 1 business day, yet nothing. I told them if I did not hear anything from them, I would post something on social media. Still, I heard nothing. I did post it on social media hoping this would change their non response; however, still I have heard nothing. I am out over $75.00. I will be contacting my credit card company as well as the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had looked for reviews prior to ordering! Save yourself some grief, frustration, and money! Don't order from anything any site doing business as Scrubs in Fashion or All college Scrubs!!

I have attempted to contact this company multiple times regarding a stethoscope order from designerstethoscopes.com, their sister site. NOTHING. Their website says to allow 5-7 days for processing, which I patiently waited. Still...NOTHING. No contact whatsoever from their horrible customer service despite multiple voice mails and emails. I ordered two sets of scrubs on April 28th. On the website it says to allow 5-10 days for processing. Today is May 14th, and I have not heard anything. I began calling the customer service numbers three days ago and every time I call I have to leave a voice message. No one has ever contacted me back. The website who designed and powers the site has the same phone number as the site that handles the sites business. When the number is called- it says that no one is able to take your call. Very disappointed in this website. I believe it to be a fraud. DO NOT ORDER YOUR SCRUBS HERE!

ordered a set of scrubs with embroidery with expedited shipping. items never arrived after waiting for a month. i called, emailed, called again to no avail. The phone number took me to a sweepstakes hotline. No response. Finally disputed the claim with my credit card company. I ordered few items from this website and one item did not fit so I spent 10 dollars shipping it back for an exchange. After waiting patiently and calling almost everyday someone finally came on the phone upon which they told me the item I want to exchange it for is on back order. Also at that time I ordered couple more things over the phone and paid for it. After about 3 weeks I called every day and they told me I would get shipping info emailed to me for the new items I had ordered and the exchange was still in hold. Its now been well over 2 months. I must have emailed them about 20 times and left 20 voicemails. They never answer their phones it always goes to voicemail and they never responded to any emails. They already took my money and I have not heard anything from them regarding the exchange or the new order. I hate websites like this that provide 0 customer service. My next step is to report them to the business bureau because this is ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! SCRUBSINFASION.COM IS THE WORST WEBSITE I HAVE DEALT WITH.

Scrubs in Fashion did give me my complete refund; as well as a free set of scrubs.
They resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

I purchased scrubs from scrubsinfashion.com an online vendor of scrubs almost 4 months ago. I have waited patiently. They do not respond to emails, or phone messages. When you call their telephone number, 24 hours a day you get an answering machine and nobody returns your call. There are plenty of reputable online vendors of scrubs, which I could recommend; however, this is certainly not one of them. I would NOT recommend this online vendor to any clinicians looking for scrubs. Do NOT purchase your scrubs from this online vendor. Do NOT purchase your scrubs from this online vendor ID
