Online purchase backorders

I am so frustrated with their online store. It will state that it is available online but always receive email that item will be back ordered since it's out of stock. Their reason is because if its on sale the system doesn't update quickly. My mistake that I never learned since I still go ahead and purchase another item, thinking I am buying an item on its original price. Now I am waiting for 2 items Sad

I so 3 times the same order at my credit card statement

Westland Store I visited this store yesterday with my business partner and I will NEVER return. We have a home care business and we were looking for a uniform store for ourselves and our employees to purchase uniforms.

However, we encounter the rudest and nastiest person. I will not only not return, I will share my story with EVERY company that I work with. So whichever manager was on duty yesterday late morning, it is because of your horrible gross disposition that your company will not get out business.

4TH REQUEST FOR A RETURN LABEL (Very Peed Constomer)

This is the 4th time i have contacted customer service for a return label for items I ordered on July 19, 2019. I could request one online if my order status was showing that the order was complete. But even though I have recieved this order, my status is still showing processing. The sale reps are always helpful, understanding, and polite. Online Ordering

I placed an order online. The order history does not go into my account. Called twice to tell them that I want an email copy of my order. They tell me it takes a couple of days. They don't know where my order is but within a few minutes of placing it they charge my credit card company. They say they are having problems with their computer system. But they do not even help you when you call or do a chat now on their website. Sorry I even purxhased anything from this company.

MISLEADING ADVERTISING

I received a coupon for Scrubs And Beyond that sated, "20% off one top, pant or jacket good through July 21, 2019. I specifically went online to order something before the coupon ran out and ended up spending over $180.00 worth of items. I entered the Coupon Code and hit continue not thinking that the coupon didn't go through. At the end, the 20% for one of the tops was not taken off. I called their phone number just to learn that in very small print at the bottom of the page it states that Brand exclusions apply, but it did not state which brands. I actually ordered from 5 separate manufacturers so they must exclude most of the brands. At the very least, they could have listed the brand exclusions on the coupon. I think if you spend nearly $200 on tops, they could at least accept your coupon for 20% of the lowest cost item. After spending $1,000's of dollars over the years at this company, I refuse to purchase another item from them, ever.

Horrible

I placed my order on 12-7 on 12-8 a family member gifted me ones so no longer need the ones I bought. Messaged them to cancel it since it’s not processed yet and got told we aren’t allowed to you will just have to send them back for a refund. What kind of customer service is that.

Terrible customer service

After placing an order and not receiving one of my items after a month and several unanswered emails. I was told the item is out of stock and I would just have to wait. The item is still being sold and not marked as out of stock on the website. I informed the customer service rep that some kind of communication should have been received to address the issue. I also stated that I emailed customer service 3x without a reply her reply was “we don’t get those emails I don’t know who they go to”. They don’t know who their customer service emails go to? What kind of company is this?

Will not shop here again

I ordered a jacket on 3/14 and as of 4/17 still no response. I went in to check on the jacket and was told the jacket was sitting in the back waiting to be picked up to be embroidered. I was told 3 weeks for this and it’s turned into over one month. I will not waste my time and will make sure everyone I know does not shop at this place either.

Went into the Mesquite Tx location went straight to the service desk to inquire about my situation as not have to deal with added confusion if this was not going to be a possible transaction they could handle especially without a manager present. I explain my situation in DETAIL!!!! that i ordered some scrubs from my job on payroll deduction from a Company they allow to come on campus and provide services for its employees. I show the young lady my receipts and check stubs (so there is knowledge from the start that it's known it's NOT THEIR COMPANY) I EXPLAIN TO HER THAT ALL I NEED IS AN EQUAL EXCHANGE . I AM TOLD THIS WOULD BE FINE AND LONG AS I UNDERSTOOD THERE WOULD BE NO CASH VALUE. I RESPOND THAT IM FINE WITH THAT AS ALL I NEED IS THE ACTUAL UNIFORM FOR WORK. I LEAVE THE ITEMS AT THE DESK WITH THE YOUNG LADY (ORIENTAL POSSIBLE) WHEN I RETURN TO THE DESK WITH THE REPLACEMENT SCRUBS OF LESSER VALUE BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE THE COLOR IN THE ORIGINAL BRAND(Cherokee brand, the replacement I was willing to accept Scrub Zone a much lesser value but I needed the uniforms.THE OTHER YOUNG LADY (WHITE) IMMEDIATELY CUTS IN AND STARTS TO TELL HER SHE CAN'T DO THAT!!! MIND YOU SHE HAS NOW BASICALLY STOPPED ASSISTING THE OTHER YOUNG LADY THAT WAS THERE RETURNING 4 SETS OF SCRUBS (WHITE). SO WHEN I RETURN TO THE ORIGINAL LADY AND SAY YOU JUST TOLD ME NOT 7 MINUTES AGO THAT YOU WILL ALLOW FOR THE EXCHANGE. I HAVE PURCHASED A LOT OF SCRUBS AT THIS LOCATION BUT AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE I WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. I FULLY UNDERSTOOD THAT MY INITIAL PURCHASE WAS NOT FROM THEM.HENCE THE REASON FOR ME ASKING FIRST TO SAVE TIME AND EMBARRASSMENT There needs to be customer service training # 1 if you are assisting a customer you need to complete that transaction prior to becoming involved with the one next to you . #2 if you don't know the answer when you're asked you should respond by saying Mam' I am unsure let me ask someone that would know that for sure. (This would eliminate confusion.... There is nothing wrong with admitting you don't know) #3 its VERY IMPOLITE to speak ill of a customer leaving the store with the customer that is still being assisted with a return! Especially when the customer is still within ear range and the employee can't whisper !!!
