They don't do exchanges and want you to pay shipping back to them the pay shipping for the new item when you purchase again.

I placed my order on June 20th. It is June 26th, and I have yet to recieve my order.

I paid for 2-3 day shipping. I was told by the bad customer service that it informs me on the site the uniforms come from another warehouse to them. Here is my problem..... you are offering 2-3 day shipping at a higher cost.

If the uniforms need to be shipped to you first before you ship them out to the customer, you are well aware that you cannot meet a 2-3 day shipping deadline, although you do not mind taking a customer's money for it. It is bad business. The only reason I ordered from here was because I needed the uniform quickly, the prices were high. They will not be shipped out until the 30th they say.

That's 10 days after my money was taken for an order I expected to be here in 3 days. This is 100% false advertisement. I reached out to legal counsel today regarding this matter. During covid I have paid for overnight shipping and got it 5 days later, and not to mention was never voluntarily refunded the money that I paid for overnight shipping.

These companies are taking advantage of the fact that our country has been in the middle of a pandemic. I am pushing this issue all the way to the top. This is unethical, and I will diligently research to resolve this issue on all the customer's behalf. At this point, anyone that orders and pays for upgraded shipping can expect an extensive 2-week waiting period, but they will coherse you into taking your money quickly.

If I could rate this experience a 0, I would. Customer service tells me today that as a courtesy, they will refund the money that I paid for upgraded shipping. I laughed, as a courtesy? As a courtesy, you are refunding the money you maliciously took from me, knowing you was not going to meet a 2-3 day requirement when you took the money out of my account.

Success is not within reach when you have no morals. I will continue to work with legal counsel to hopefully save the rest of the customers from being wrongfully taken advantage of. Receiving no money back but helping others is worth every second I will spend in an attempt to resolve the issue.

Preferred solution: I will work with legal counsel to bring this to a halt. It is not fair the customer is lied to, and the company willingly takes their money. They know when taking it, it is under false pretenses.

I placed a order with scrubin uniforms on June 22 2021 in the amount of $65+ and my card was charged immediately. Its July 10 2021 WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET??

They use the CHEAPEST fedex economy so the system is not updated so the tracking is never correct.

Although they have great prices, its not worth the headache so this will be my last time ordering from them. This took way to long and i needed the pants LAST WEEK!

Horrible customer service

I ordered 3 Cherokee sets and 2 Dickies sets to replace scrubs I lost from my house fire. I received 4 Cherokee pants, 2 Cherokee tops and 2 Dickies tops.

Which means I only have 2 pairs of scrubs that I can actually wear! I also paid for 2 day shipping just to receive an incomplete and incorrect order several weeks later!! When I called and spoke with Mory she said the problem was that I ordered wrong and that my invoice shows 5 sets of Dickies pants, which is not what my screen showed when I placed my order....However, even if I made a mistake then why did I receive 4 Cherokee pants and not 5 Dickies pants as shown on my incorrect invoice?? And where is the 5th set?!?

Mory kept talking over me saying "uh huh uh huh uh huh" in rapid cadence while I was explaining the situation. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager (scary thought if that is true) so I asked to speak to her higher up and she told me they were not available and refused to contact them to have them contact me. She said she would replace one item....what about the rest of my order?!?! I emailed scrubin after our phone call asking that nothing be changed on my account and to have a manager contact me.

30 minutes later Mory sent an email confirming changes to my account. I still have not heard from management.... Run away from this company!!! All my employees have had issues with their orders as well and corporate will be notified in hopes of finding another vendor.

I will be contacting the BBB and FTC as well. Please save yourself and your company the frustration and choose another vendor.

Returned unused new with tags items. They lied and said there was lint on them and not resaleable.

Refused to refund. Seriously, what bs!

May Never Get What You Order

I placed an order for chef pants as a birthday present. The item came up as back ordered, but stated that it would ship once it became available.

My order and payment were accepted. Nearly a week later, their customer service team emailed me that the item is now discontinued and that a refund will be issued to my card. I am happy that they refunded me, however, I find unacceptable to take an order than you cannot fulfill.

As this was intended to be a gift, the inconvenience is worse. Don't order anything that you absolutely want, as there is no guarantee you will receive the item.

Not happy- missing item

I purchased from this company and they arrived on time- i received them yesterday 11/15/17- One item was missing. So i called them and i was told the item was on back order.

The item was available when i ordered and they already charged my credit card for it! I was informed that someone will check with the warehouse and then give me a call back today (11/16/17). Nobody called me so i called them but apparently the office was closed. I just sent a message to customer service.

I need my money back because this is illegal charging for an item that was not available and no one told me ahead of time that the item was on back order. I am assuming that if something is on back order, then indicate against the item so that the customer is aware of it before placing an order.

I returned 6 items with the tags on and never worn, 3 of them they refused to refund because they said there was lint on them and not re-sellable. Are you kidding me!

If there was any lint at all it sure couldn't have been much! Have any of you ever been refused a refund for new merchandise that has not been worn because "oh, I'm sorry, there is some lint there"!!!!

Company is a complete scam and rip off! I have never had any reputable company ever refuse to return because of some lint!

I made a purchase first time - loved the scrubs and shipped right away. The second purchase - they never sent me an email when shipping , I called they said it was on back order.

I got a refund then. Five days ago I made a purchase and (not shipped), I called and asked what the status was ... on back order.

I asked for a refund , and she says I am not in that Dept to give you your refund , I said well give me your manager and she said she was on lunch break and will have to give me a call back. I will never purchase again!!

I also waited a few weeks for my order to ship. By the time I got an email saying it was shipped, I was convinced that they lost my order or something long before that.

When I got the scrubs, they were horrible quality and the sizing was also off from what the website said. I know it is a discount shop but the items need to be presentable. I shipped my whole order right back to them and I will not order from them again.

I would use caution ordering from them. In this case, the cheap prices really aren't a bargain.

Scrubin.com really Scrub-never

Do not use this place to buy your scrubs. They wont ship them when they say.

I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks and so far just lip service. Lies telling me it shipped when in fact it didnt. The ups tracking number doesnt check out when I use it to track but they claim it works fine. I get a lot shipped to me so I know how to use it.

Nerver Use This Fly By Night operation.
