I paid for the 29.99 washing plan, which would be charged monthly. However, I am going through a financial crisis now, I have a child to raise, and so when the second payment was made, I had no money on my card. So when I went to wash the car, my barcode label was canceled. The other week, I got 29.99, and made a new purchase on the site. But soon after, they charged me for my old registration, which was no longer working. I politely sent an email to the customer service of their website, but they said that there are no two payments and so they will not help me, they told me that even after I sent my bank statement confirming the two debts with the name of their company, ScubraDub. Therefore, this company is neither serious nor reliable enough to continue providing services. This week I intend to report to the FTC, because I really need my money. It seems little, but for me it is a lot of money.
