Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

Contacted customer service by email concerning an issue with their discount card acceptance at a local Walgreens pharmacy. Initially, I received a cut-and-paste generic answer not addressing my specific question. But a day later - after I listed my complaint on pissedconsumer - I received a phone call from customer service addressing my concerns properly.
