Calling to make an appointment and told my doctor was no longer with the clinic.

For the second time I have found my doctor is no longer with the clinic when I called to make an appointment or ask a question. When the first doctor left I learned from another doctor, and the second doctor today when I called to ask about lab work that was supposed to be ordered. There was no notice given in each case, no suggestion for another doctor to take over the practice, no follow up for lab work. I think this is very poor customer service. I have been a patient at Scripps Clinic for 25 years, have worked for the clinic as an RN until 2001, so I know what kind of service to expect, and this is not it.

Bad Dermotology Doctors Scripps Carmel Valley

If I could give a '0' I would do that. Their dermatology department has scared my arm forever and made the even scar worse at their second attempt. Their patient advocacy is horrible. I have reached out to them by emails and phone calls only to be pushed away disrespectfully and without any concern, advice or resolution on this matter. This experience was horrible physically and mentally and I am disgusted with Scripps and their team at the advocacy department in specific 'Christopher Williams' and his manager 'Wendy Sweet' who is leading her team in the most unprofessional manner.
