Cancellation of order
Failure of delivery by DPD - as a gift - means I will have to cancel this order and I have reordered the product from my local store for me to collect today. I will now have to deliver it personally.
DPD have incorrectly said that parcel was rejected - it was never delivered, despite a promise to re-deliver next day It is said to be in their store in Crawley - which is in fact closed. After I contacted you, you promised the parcel would be delivered yesterday but again it wasn't. DPD say they now have directions to return to Consignor - which could be you or me, but I can't wait for that now. You have refunded my payment for next day delivery - thanks - but I would be grateful if you would now refund the balance of the purchase price - £49.99.
I will have to leave it to you to recover the parcel wherever it may be!!! I suggest you change your hopeless carriers!!!

Trouble with order
Had a very hard time calling customer service. Could use a phone number that can be used outside of Europe ( such as calling from the US)
