Buyer Beware
During 2014, Screen Builders (West Palm Beach) installed an extension to our lanai. Within a few months, it began to crack.
At first, they tried to fix the problem as cheaply as they could. It did not work. As more and more cracks developed and got larger and larger, they stopped returning phone calls or letters. During 2018, we found out what the real problem is.
They did not use expansion joints, Re-bars or reinforced concrete. Now the extension is a mess and will cost thousands of dollars to correct, with no guarantees that it will hold.
I would only recommend Screen builders to my worst enemy.
