The charged my card without my consent. They combine my bill with another's guest, I paid late fees on the total amount.

The billing department was not helpful, I had to fight the charges with my credit card company. My card was charged for another's bill to the amount of $1,976, when I called they weren't any help told me to check with my credit card company, they didn't see any record of it. I contacted my credit card company they went through the paperwork I had and fought with The Scottsdale Plaza, I never got credit the amount.

I paid it through my credit card to not avoid late fees. The Plaza said they will look into it and get back to me.

I had my wedding at the resort, it was a nightmare. They are unorganized.

My wedding planner didn't hold to agreed upon things for my wedding. My decorations I brought to be used were not, my photographer was late and my wedding planner didn't notice. I had no reserved tables for my guest but the first three tables said reserve on them. THis is all little things the biggest problem happened after.

My father's bill, and the grooms parents bill were put on my father's bill. Also the estimated bill and the final bill were $10,487 different! They over charged me for the wedding. My father was contacted two weeks after the wedding talking about an additional drink charge of $618.

He paid it even though it wasn't in the contract, then his card was charged without his consent for over $10,000 dollars!.

It was not worth that much, the wedding was nice but not $25,000 nice. Don't do business with them, dishonest.
