Have not received order

Paid for expedited shipping and signing. Date of order was 12.17.2024.

Today is the 20th. Have not received order.

Not was I contacted that it would be delayed. Order number is 276633.

Update would be appreciated.

I've been on hold for over an hour and 20 mins. Worst service ever.

All the millennials left early because of all the last place trophys handed out Pryor in life,so they have no urgency in anything , job or life for that matter of completing a task. I am another customer who has to deal with deterioration of doing business with establishments using the pathetic help. And it is what it is, is the attitude of the establishment with the negligent help. I'll purchase my silver else where.

Couldn't handle 3 orders for a total of 25 pieces. I'll spend my money where I'm serviced

Trying to place an order but,

I tried to place my fifth order with your company, I was very satisfied with you in the past, but you've changed your system to where I can't leave my e-check or mail my check to an address to pay for my order? instead you've got me going to some other site and it wasn't working!

so I couldn't do anything, so I can't place my order that *** me off! I guess you don't care for my business anymore?

I'll have to go to some other company! You never answer your phone so there's no way to take to anyone to take the order!

Was Lied to and Ripped OFF!

Bought a kilo ($950) of Silver in Aug, 2020. Told them how bad my local USPS office was.

They told me that they'd ship FEDX, but they LIED. Sent it USPS, which was PROMPTLY Stolen by the local Post Office. Called Scottsdale several times. They told me that they'd contact me later.

NEVER DID.

LIARs, Thieves! Their Web site guarantees Delivery!

I placed an order. Received a confirmation email stating where to wire the funds.

No timeline for me to pay for the wire, I was awaiting further instruction...nothing. It said it would take 5-6 weeks for my order to be fulfilled. Ended up sending wire two weeks later. Figured no rush since the email told me it may take 5-6 weeks for them to ship my product.

12 hours after wiring the money I received a cancellation notice, telling me that my order had been cancelled. They said they had not been paid. So confusing. I emailed them, called them, sent the completed wire instructions...they just took their sweet time saying they need proof of wire.

SO Wierd they'd cancel the day I wired the money and not weeks earlier. Waiting for a resolution 12 hours so far.

Have seven orders placed, Orders still say processing but my money sure was taken quick. Left many messages with no response. I've bought from many dealers through this pandemic and they have had no issue with delivery or communication.
