Dpd delivered this item to the wrong address, and yet Scottsdale won't give me my money back. This has been going on since June.
They are not responding to my emails. I paid for these golf shoes with Klarna, and because there was a tracking number, but there is a big problem: the photo they sent me where Dpd have left this item was not my house. I sent pictures of my front door.
This has been very distressing, and I'm disappointed with how this has been handled. I would like this resolved.

I ordered this item through klana and because there was a tracking number and said they were delivered they have told me to get in touch with Scottsdale dpd have messed up with delivery address which was not the correct address and yet Scottsdale still havent sorted this out
