I ordered items for a holiday but the items were lost on delivery I cannot get any answers when it will be delivered, Scotts customer service is terrible and so is evri .

I’m owed a refund and it been over 6weeks and still no response as I paid for it online with my bank card and they said it would take 7,14 day to resolve my problem

Appalling customer services

Returned an item following Scott's policy for them to refuse a refund as the item had gone missing, they refuse to raise a claim with courier after sending all evidence of Scott's sending postage QR code to us, they kept advising we need to raise the missing parcel claim even though we are not the customer, Scott's is the customer as they provided the returns postage.

Unable to speak to anyone to discuss, everything has to be done over email, they ask for various things, which we have sent numerous times, for Scott's to not read the emails. All they had to do was open a list parcel claim with courier

I ordered my dad an xmas gift last year 22nov 22. It didnt areive at all and ive tried to get a refund but no luck. I go on your website and its not on recent orders or anything so i cant get a order number or nothing. Its been 5 months now. I have a screenshot from my banking app to prove i made a transaction.the product was a barbour international t-shirt. Please get back in touch with me as im sick of waiting and want a refund.

Parcel went to courier we didnt receive it rang the company on Thursday was told we would get an email to fill in about the parcel missing.had to ring back again on Friday spoke to a lovely man who sorted the issue out !

Items cancelled they fo not let you know half a tracksuit is no good???? They have no contact number to speak to a customer service adviser about queries??? Really is a joke Website needs updating

Website needs updating ASAP. Customers are ordering but cannot get to speak to an advisor?? Not Happy at all The items are great quality great prices its customer service who let the company down we need to speak to someone not a bot

User's recommendation: I do get most of my orders. But bad communication sometimes half an order is cancelled . Who needs half a tracksuit? Not Hapoy customers should be contacted and have a chance to cancel the full order if need be

Don't buy from them!! My order was supposed to get to me by the 4th latest. And on the 4th all I get is a text message saying it hasn't been dispatched yet (not even with an apology) when it should have been here already! The website only says that payment was approved 2 weeks ago and no further info! This is a complete lack of customer care. No one replies to my emails either. If you look on their Facebook pages thousands f comments saying the same thing

Still not received any acknolgment of my returned item and obviously no refund when I returned it on 18th November, just getting pushed from pillar to post and phone just rings out all the time, considering Ive shopped there for years I think its the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my entire life, so hence Im still £77 out of pocket any no further down the line
