Don't communicate and abide by ombudsman decisions
Wrote 11/2/23 as pension sharing order incorrectly actioned No communication back.
Finally they accepted was owed money after financial ombudsman case. Had until 23/11/23 to implement. Heard nothing, received nothing despite numerous promises.
- No customer service and keep customers money
Preferred solution: What I'm owed plus substantial goodwill payment
