Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Having tried phoning for over a week to receive vouchers, I eventually got through as I continually dialled the phone number from 8.55 to 9am. I was given an apology and have received vouchers.Thank youB Hunter
I have tried phoning 0345 149 **** regarding the above over the past week and I always get a recorded message saying all offices are busy but to leave my name, my telephone no. and a subscribers no.
which I do not have and someone will return my call.
I duly left my name phone no.
(both landline and mobile) and am still awaiting a return call. I can appreciate how popular this promotion is, but waiting a week for someone to return my call is very annoying.
