Terrible workmanship, cheapest materials, doesn’t stand behind his wo eh k
We have a roof on a 3 year old house that looks 20 years old according to 3 different inspectors. They said shingles looked like they were seconds or salvage. We have tried repeatedly to get Scott Lindsay to respond and has not/ will not.
Vents were not cut in on the roof we found this out when we had roof inspected.
The contractor removed the top soil and sold it. Leaving our yard with large depression where inches of water just sat.
We ran black lights in the bathroom
Apparent they had been *** all over the walls
Undersized beams in basement - wall across the floor and the entire floor bounces
He lost our doggy door that he was supposed to install and tried to charge us for it. Overall workmanship was lousy
