I supposed to receive a refund, but did not receive yet after passing 2 weeks.

I was supposed to receive a refund for 2 tickets. It was documented in the Scotia Bank Theater Vancouver at Burrard Street. But I did not receive that, and 2 weeks have passed.

I tried to reach out couple times in order to get my cinplex card, however, I couldnt get through and couldnt received my card yet. I appreciate any helps.

Asked for a Bombay & soda. After 5 minutes at the computer, the bartender said, "Sorry we don't have the ingredients." What!!
It's gin and soda!!
Then asked second bartender for a Perrier. Her response?
"nope, don't have any." Couldn't she check at least?
Worst bar experience ever! These aren't trained bartenders!!!
