OMG do you invest through iTrade. I think your customer service needs a serious overhaul.

Please don't use the excuse of COVID as I submitted an LOD (letter of direction) almost 2 months ago and still the request hasn't been filled. I WANT TO LEAVE BUT I'M A HOSTAGE AS I THINK THEY WILL SCREW UP SO BAD THAT I WILL LOOSE ALL MY INVESTMENTS :(
