There is no status. The dish wand continued to leak, with the company telling me to mail them the faulty dish wand.
Come on. I’ve called other companies before if a product has been not up to standard, & I’ve been given a refund or coupon towards another product. I’ve used scotch brite products for years, & have never had a problem until now. Stand behind your product.
That’s ok, I’ve found something to replace scotch brite. Keep your crap.
Your company stinks. I've been using your dish wand refills for 10-12 years.
The last two that I purchased leaked soap out of the handle. I called customer service and asked that I be reimbursed or sent a coupon for a complimentary wand. That's what reputable companies do. The guy starts talking to me about gravity, and then asks that I take a picture of the wand and send the faulty one back to the company.
Really? I shouldn't have to go through all those motions after being a faithful user for all these years. Have no fear, I've found a different dish wand to use.

It takes a great deal for me to actually take the time to write a "feedback" note. That said, as we all strive to improve products in a competitive environment I thought you would like to know.

I continue to buy new wands and pads but they seem to leak incessantly. Here in CA, we don't waste anything so when you spend more for the brand vs.my Mom's dollar tree wand, it is so frustrating to determine root cause of said leak. I continue to try to replace and no matter what - the sponge leaks dawn (also not inexpensive) all over - waste is one thing - inconvenience is another.
Love the product! What are your recommendations?
Is it would be foolish to try to get a return.
Please let me know how best to resolve.
