Months of frustration
- - Scosche MPQ2 suction cup won't stay on the dash, and the phone falls with a bump.
- - Support contacted since 4/26/22, Wix-gear works.
I purchased the Scosche "Wireless Car Charger", Model MPQ2 (the factory bracket partially covers this number, so I believe I have it right?) at my local AT&T store. I have been back to that store and emailed with Scosche support multiple times since 4/26/22.
Despite all that, my 1Phone routinely falls off the dash stand at the smallest bump in the road & the suction cup routinely pops loose from the dash.
I gave up and purchased a Wix-gear magnetic dash unit, that has worked great on past cars and is working great now.
- Lots of product and decent support
