Website said free returns, I paid for shipping and docked 30% return

I bought some brake parts for my scooter. While the parts were on order
my son used the scooter for a ride to the downtown area.
On his way home
he lost control of the scooter and dumped it on the payment. three blocks away from home. I had full coverage on the scooter. the plastic parts were busted up.
I called my insurance agent and started a claim. They totaled it and call it a complete lost. No one around would try to repair it. Mean while
the parts I ordered did show up.
The insurance company came and took my
old scooter away. I did check the parts I ordered to my scooter and they were
the right parts. I asked to return the parts and was informed by email that they were the wrong parts and there was a 30% restocking charge. Funny the
web site said "free returns".
I guess not. I paid for the shipping back, and was
charged the 30% restocking charge. Message to all: be careful who you do business with in this world of Scooter Repair.

Yamaha Zuma. It rides GREAT
