Scoopon did not get back to me this shows their professionalism. Customer care skills absolute 0. No consideration no empathy.

I had to contact customer service as I needed to change the booking date at the restaurant, and I was kept on hold for about 30 minutes. The recorded message said I was the second caller in the queue.

The option was to press 1 if I needed to be called back, which I did, but I didn't receive a call back.

I called again and was on hold for a longer time, listening to the podcast. This is ridiculous.

  • Bad customer service

Preferred solution: I just want to rebook the date on my booking.
